Paizo Releases March 2026 Organized Play Update With GM Boons, Hellbreakers Sanctioning
Paizo's Alex Speidel dropped the March Organized Play update with new GM boons and April 1 adventure releases — yes, that date is real.

Paizo's Organized Play team published the March 2026 monthly update yesterday, with Alex Speidel's post consolidating new downloadable GM boons, sanctioning information, and chronicle-sheet details for Pathfinder Society and Starfinder Society organizers and players alike.
The headline scheduling note: "The following adventures will be released on April 1, 2026 (really!) and may be run at events beginning on that date." Paizo felt the need to flag that parenthetical, and honestly, fair enough. If you're scheduling a table for that Wednesday, the date is genuine.
The March Digital Adventures Preview leans Starfinder, and the setup is a good one. What starts as a routine delivery mission pivots hard when a distress signal leads a team of Starfinders to a civilian shuttle mid-boarding by the Corpse Fleet. Per the preview: "It's time to buckle up and take your battle stations. If we can drive off the Corpse Fleet's starship, we might be able to board the shuttle, defeat the boarders, and rescue any survivors." Starship combat into a boarding action is a clean two-phase structure for a convention slot, and the Corpse Fleet is reliably nasty opposition.
For context on cadence, the February 2026 update followed the same pattern, with adventures released March 4 and a digital preview that continued Starfinder Society's metaplot on the planet Akiton across two new scenarios. The monthly update rhythm has been consistent, which makes event planning significantly easier for VOs trying to keep their lodge calendars current.
The update also lands alongside a notable piece of convention news: PaizoCon Online is canceled for 2026. Paizo's statement is measured but direct: "Due to a variety of factors, we have made the difficult decision to take PaizoCon Online off the calendar for 2026. This is not a permanent cancellation — we are making plans to bring PaizoCon back in some form in future years." If you had PaizoCon Online on your schedule, it's gone for this year, but the door isn't closed permanently.
On the convention front more broadly, Paizo separately announced PaizoCon South Pacific plans for both 2026 and 2027, noting they're "properly ahead of the convention announcing game" this cycle. The Organized Play blog currently shows six posts under that tag, also including "Find Your Path — March 2026" and a launch notice for the new Paizo store.
The full boon download list and complete sanctioning details, including any specifics on Hellbreakers sanctioning referenced in the update, are in the post itself on Paizo's blog. Readers with questions about chronicle sheets or event logistics can reach Paizo's customer service team at customer.service@paizo.com or (425) 250-0800, Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific.
