Ocean Edge Resort & Golf Club is putting 10 dedicated pickleball courts at the center of its Cape Cod summer lineup, not treating them as an extra tucked behind the tennis center. The resort says clinics begin Memorial Day Weekend, and the program now spans professional instruction from a PPR-certified pro, weekly clinics, open play, and junior programming.

That structure makes Ocean Edge look built for more than one kind of player. First-timers can start with instruction, while regulars have clinics and open play to slot into a stay without having to chase outside court time. The resort also says the pickleball program is open to both Ocean Edge Club Members and Resort Guests, which gives the courts a broader mix than a members-only setup and makes it easier to plug a pickleball trip into a vacation on Cape Cod.

Todd, the resort’s pickleball pro, is the face of that operation. Ocean Edge says he helps with lessons, clinics, teammate matching, and court reservations, and the resort’s intro clinic runs Wednesday and Saturday from 10:30 to 12:00 for a $35 fee.
