SummerJam 2026 locks full lineup, day-by-day schedule for Cologne festival
SummerJam 2026 is fully locked, and the day-by-day split makes the ticket choice real now. Protoje, Barrington Levy and Queen Omega push each day into a different lane.

SummerJam 2026 finally has its full shape, and that changes the buying decision for anyone trying to pick the right weekend ticket for Cologne. On April 26, organizers said the line-up was complete and released the day-by-day schedule for the July 3-5 run at Fühlinger See, turning a broad festival bill into a clear map of how the 39th edition will play out.
The final add filled in some serious weight. Protoje & The Indiggnation, Barrington Levy, Queen Omega, Charly Black, Valiant, Leftside, Nosliw & Nattyflo, Patoranking, Samora, Treesha, Angelica, Mava and Grüngürtelrosen all joined a bill that was already leaning hard on reggae’s reach across generations. That mix is exactly why SummerJam still matters: it is not just booking roots legends and modern stars, it is stitching together reggae, dancehall, hip-hop, pop and Afrobeats on one of Europe’s most visible festival stages.
The daily schedule gives each day its own identity. Friday is the sharpest reggae-and-dancehall opener, with Protoje, Queen Omega, Valiant, Charly Black and Culture ft. Kenyatta Hill setting the tone. Saturday pushes harder into the genre-crossing side of the weekend with Gentleman, Bonez MC, Dexta Daps, Masicka, Christopher Martin, Dub Inc, Kybba, Lila Iké, Luciano and Junior Kelly. Sunday closes with the heritage pull that always sells SummerJam to longtime heads: Burning Spear, Koffee, Barrington Levy, Ky-Mani Marley and Julian Marley anchor the final stretch.

Marius Brozi said the finished line-up builds anticipation for “three days full of music, community, and a summery atmosphere” at Fühlinger See, and that is the right framing. The festival has been running since 1986, and this year’s edition is its 39th. The current discounted ticket phase was already nearly sold out after the final drop, which tells you everything about how quickly a locked schedule can move the market.
SummerJam’s own positioning fits the bill. The festival presents itself around ecological and social responsibility and calls itself a cultural enrichment for Cologne, while KölnTourismus describes it as a multicultural event that brings music, diversity and social responsibility together. Third-party festival coverage puts the annual attendance around 30,000, which is why this final announcement is bigger than a lineup reveal. It is the moment the weekend turns from possibility into a real plan.
