Ciukata uploaded Western Saloon and Ranch to Nexus Mods on April 2, and it lands as one of the more complete themed builds the community has seen in a while. The 40x30 lot runs as both a fully operational small business saloon and a residential space, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a furnished kitchen built in — ready for legacy play without needing to gut and refurnish from scratch.

The build includes a stable and a decorative nectar cellar, the kind of detail that separates a genuinely themed lot from a dressed-up shell. Ciukata's own description cuts straight to the atmosphere: "Pour whiskey downstairs. Ride at dawn." The lot was designed specifically for Plateau Place in Strangerville, so placing it elsewhere will take some landscaping work to get it sitting naturally in the neighborhood.

Pack dependency is the main thing to sort before downloading. The lot lists a significant range of expansions, game packs, and stuff packs as required or recommended to reproduce the build fully. Short on some of those packs? The lot will still load, but missing objects may get auto-replaced and small business functionality could be reduced. Running a downloaded assets report when you first open the save is the fastest way to catch what's been substituted before you commit to a playthrough.

The upload also carries standard asset licensing terms: no reuploading, no converting, worth keeping in mind if you plan to pass it around a collaborative save or community event build.

Old West roleplay has been a consistent thread in legacy challenge spaces, and a furnished, business-ready saloon with a stable is exactly the kind of lot that starts turning up in ranch legacy screenshots within days of release. Ciukata built something plug-and-play for that niche, and the pack list is the only real barrier between download and first session.
