The 40x30 lot runs as both a fully operational small business saloon and a residential space, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a furnished kitchen built in — ready for legacy play without needing to gut and refurnish from scratch.

The build includes a stable and a decorative nectar cellar, the kind of detail that separates a genuinely themed lot from a dressed-up shell. Ciukata's own description cuts straight to the atmosphere: "Pour whiskey downstairs. Ride at dawn." The lot was designed specifically for Plateau Place in Strangerville, so placing it elsewhere will take some landscaping work to get it sitting naturally in the neighborhood.
