Evi, a Featured Artist on The Sims Resource with a decade-long catalog of community lots, residential builds, and decorative CC, dropped "Old Richmond Pub" into TSR's April 5 upload window, adding a period-style British public house to the site's growing library of bespoke community spaces.

The lot slots into the Community category on TSR, meaning it can drop straight into a player's world as a functional social venue without any lot-type reassignment. Evi packaged the upload the way experienced downloaders have come to expect from her: screenshots covering interior layout and decorative choices, clear lot size metadata, and a listed breakdown of any CC dependencies, so players know exactly what to install before the build touches their save file.
