Scarlet’s Realm keeps mod statuses unchanged after Feb. 19 Sims 4 hotfix

Scarlet’s Realm updated its Mod List and patch guidance after The Sims 4 mini-hotfix rolled out on Feb. 19, which the original report lists with build numbers 1.121.372.1020/1220. The site published the subheading “Mini-fix patch is now live!” and stated that “This patch fixes the issues with missing railings and family trees.”

The community tracker reconciled the numeric builds with its shorthand, writing, “Since this patch is still 1.121 and mods weren’t disabled, all mod statuses will remain the same!” Scarlet’s Realm, a community-run site that compiles compatibility status for popular Sims 4 mods and custom content, said it updated its Mod List and patch guidance but did not flip existing compatibility flags after the hotfix.

Scarlet’s Realm added a warning for custom careers, noting a specific runtime problem: “Warning: Some custom careers (not all) are causing LEs when using interactions that bring up the sim picker. If you’re experiencing this issue with any of your careers (after school activities included), please submit a broken mod report! More info for creators (thanks OneMoreKayaker).” The site exposes a “Submit Mod Report” button so users can file reports directly to the tracker.

The site also pointed to an earlier community fix: “Feb 16th update: Core Library (by Lot 51) was updated to include a hotfix for this issue. So, you can install Core Library alongside your custom careers to continue using them for now. It’s still recommended that creator’s update their careers for these changes to avoid potential issues in the future.” The Core Library update is dated Feb. 16 on Scarlet’s Realm, three days before the Feb. 19 mini-hotfix, and is credited to Lot 51.

Scarlet’s Realm preserved recent creator status notes in its Creator News feed, listing entries with their added dates and verbatim status lines. Scarlet’s Realm continues to surface Mod List Updates and Creator News as part of its daily compatibility snaps, and its current public position is that the Feb. 19 mini-fix (1.121.372.1020/1220, aka “still 1.121”) fixed railings and family trees while leaving existing mod status flags intact, with custom-career reports and Lot 51’s Core Library hotfix highlighted as the next actions for creators and players monitoring stability.
