A small title update rolled out to Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 and Warzone on February 13, 2026, with community-tracked builds showing 1.92 on last-gen consoles and 1.093 on current-gen consoles and a focus on weapon balancing, stability fixes, and bug repairs. CODUpdates flagged that "Patch Notes are now available for a small update rolling out on all platforms" in posts on Feb 7 and Feb 13 that promoted the notes.

Weapon tuning in the update centers on sniper rifles, light machine guns, and specific attachments. The patch text for the 5mw Lockstep Laser (Strelok Laser) states: "Hip to ADS spread now starts tightening at 50% of ADS transition and reaches perfect accuracy at 100% of ADS transition. Previously the attachment started tightening at the beginning of the ADS transition and reached perfect accuracy at 90% of ADS transition. For comparison, base sniper spread starts tightening at 80% of ADS transition and reaches perfect accuracy at 100% of ADS transition." The Hawker HX sniper received a small ADS time change, with "Aim Down Sight Time increased from 510ms to 520ms."

GameSpot noted Season 2 went live on February 5, 2026, and that Treyarch deferred the usual weapon balancing pass into this Feb 13 update; the outlet relayed Treyarch-sourced context: "We’ve taken many of the adjustments in today's update in Black Ops 7 Multiplayer from our partners at Treyarch. We’ll be releasing a Warzone specific weapon update soon as part of our ongoing two to three week update cycle."

Warzone Ranked Play: Resurgence received explicit restriction additions in this patch. GameSpot reported that Shotguns, Psych Grenades, C4, and Shock Sticks "have been added to the restriction list in Ranked Play: Resurgence." CODUpdates earlier tracked a queue problem for high-ranked players, posting on Feb 6: "❗️ Call of Duty: #Warzone We’re investigating an issue in Ranked Play: Resurgence that prevents Crimson and above players from queueing with a full squad." CODUpdates then posted on Feb 7: "🛠️ Call of Duty: #Warzone This issue has been resolved."

The small update also addresses progression and leaderboard bugs. The patch notes include: "Fixed an issue preventing players from seeing the Top 250 leaderboard." They also list: "Fixed an issue preventing players from progressing the SR Challenge for Placements." The notes further state: "Fixed an issue causing a players first loadout perk to be displayed twice after picking up Specialist." The overall fix list closes with the line "Added various stability fixes."

Alongside the Feb 13 small update materials, official Call of Duty season material remains active: Nuketown 2025 returns as a "Remaster, 6v6, Small-Sized" map with the line "Drop into this retro-futuristic vision of suburbia and start slaying." Mid-season content includes Yakei, described as "Brand-New, 6v6/2v2, Small-Sized" with wall jump and Maintenance passage features, and a Meltdown remaster labeled "Remaster, 6v6, Medium-Sized." Official notes also list gameplay adjustments such as "Smoke Grenades now douse Molotov fire" and "Stim Shots now remove the effects of Flash and Concussion Grenades," plus "Perks: The three Perk Slots have been restructured and updated, as detailed below, along with the addition of a new Adaptive Perk." The official text closes by advising players to "Expect further Comms and Patch Notes from Raven Software that go into more detail on all these updates and features."

CODUpdates’ social posts promoting the notes showed visible engagement figures in the source material, with examples such as "139 33 327 210K" and "187 60 348 461K" appearing alongside the tweets. Developers and Raven Software are expected to publish more detailed comms and a Warzone-specific weapon pass as part of the stated two to three week update cycle.
