MonmouthFlow Yoga + Wellness plans grand reopening with free classes and new partnerships
Free classes, mindvybe sessions and Griffy’s Organics will anchor MonmouthFlow’s May 8-10 relaunch in Shrewsbury. The studio is betting on partnerships and sampling to win new regulars.

MonmouthFlow Yoga + Wellness is turning its Shrewsbury studio refresh into a three-day growth test, using free classes, bring-a-friend perks and a new partnership mix to pull in more than its existing base. The grand reopening weekend is set for May 8-10 at 100 Shrewsbury Plaza, and the pitch is clear: make the first visit easy, then turn casual drop-ins into repeat students.
The studio’s reopening package leans hard into low-friction sampling. MonmouthFlow said the weekend will feature free classes, exclusive promotions, special class programming, wellness pop-ups and giveaways, all designed to make the space feel more like a neighborhood wellness hub than a standard yoga room. New full-time mindvybe™ neurotechnology sessions are being introduced during the reopening, adding a recovery-and-regulation angle to the schedule.
That move matters because MonmouthFlow is also sharpening its identity under NSN Wellness, the flagship integrative wellness center within New Solutions Network. In the studio’s own framing, MonmouthFlow now sits at the intersection of behavioral science, neuroscience, embodied movement, nervous system education and technology-backed regulation tools. The studio describes itself as the experiential arm of NSN Wellness and a living laboratory for integrative programming, which is a stronger business proposition than a simple class calendar in a crowded boutique market.

The class mix reflects that broader ambition. MonmouthFlow’s lineup includes Heated Ignite Vinyasa, Sculpt, Power, Yogalates, Yin and Restorative sessions, giving the studio coverage across sweat-heavy formats, strength-based work and slower recovery practice. That range should help it appeal to both regular vinyasa students and people looking for a more hybrid wellness experience.
The partnership piece is just as important. Griffy’s Organics is now tied into the relaunch, bringing product samples and an established local footprint with six locations across Monmouth County. The company sells cold-pressed juices, smoothies and sea moss-based wellness products, which fits the studio’s push to extend the visit beyond class time and into recovery, nutrition and daily ritual.

MonmouthFlow first signaled this direction during an International Women’s Day celebration on March 8, when the studio ran complimentary themed yoga classes, a noon Women’s Health Talk, raffles, Griffy’s Organics samples and bookable 50-minute mindvybe™ sessions. That event featured Dr. Natanya Wachtel, founder of New Solutions Network and architect of NSN Wellness, and Ellyn Ito, identified as a wellness innovator, leader in neurotechnology-backed stress regulation at Innerstill Health and developer of mindvybe™.
For students looking to stop by, MonmouthFlow’s hours are Monday through Thursday from 6 a.m. to noon, Friday from 8:30 a.m. to noon, Saturday from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. The studio can also be reached at 848-308-1440 or flow@monmouthflow.com. In a saturated boutique-wellness market, the relaunch is a smart, deliberate bet that partnerships and free access can do what branding alone cannot: bring people through the door and keep them coming back.
