YogaSix leads Mother’s Day wellness event at Palladio in Folsom

Palladio turned the Piazza into a Mother’s Day weekend wellness stop, with YogaSix leading a free community event that mixed a sculpt class, recovery work and shopping-center extras in Folsom. The Mother’s Weekend Edition of Rise & Shine: Sculpt & Restore ran Saturday, May 9, 2026, from 10 a.m. to noon at 410 Palladio Pkwy, Ste 1601.

The morning began at 10 a.m. with a Sculpt session from YogaSix, followed by Community Restore, Stretch & Reset at 10:45 a.m. By 11:15 a.m., the focus shifted from mat work to a broader wellness block that ran until noon. That stretch included chair massages from Massage Heights and discounted B-12 shots from Restore Hyper Wellness, along with healthy grab-and-go breakfast options, raffle prizes and photo opportunities with mom.

What made the event stand out was how clearly it was built as a shared outing, not just a studio class. Palladio said guests could bring their mothers, friends and yoga mats, and the center folded in participation from retailers across the property. The format gave Mother’s Day weekend a public, activity-driven alternative to a pure shopping trip, with movement, recovery and breakfast all happening in the same plaza.

The setting fit Palladio’s larger role in Folsom. The center hosts more than 50 events each year and includes nearly 100 retailers and attractions, which helps explain why the Piazza at Palladio works as a recurring event venue for wellness programming. Palladio’s mall hours are listed as Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., underscoring that the complex is built for lingering as much as for errands.

YogaSix’s Folsom location adds another layer to the draw. The brand says it offers six signature class types and heated yoga, a mix that gives the Mother’s Weekend Edition the feel of an actual studio experience even when it is staged in a shopping center. In a weekend usually dominated by flowers and restaurant reservations, Palladio used YogaSix to make yoga itself the reason to gather.
