Less than one month after the engagement announcement, Stanaland and Morrissey eloped on Saturday, Nov. 22, 2025, in Laguna Beach, California, with only immediate family and Honey present. By May 2026, the couple announced they were expecting their first child together, with reports saying the baby is due in October 2026. Morrissey adds another layer to the story. Her official website identifies her as a USA Today bestselling author of the Black Harbor suspense series, which gives the pairing a sharper celebrity-couple angle than a typical reality-TV romance. Stanaland, a Selling the OC personality and luxury real-estate agent, has lived much of his love life in public, especially after his previous marriage to actress Brittany Snow. They married in March 2020, separated in September 2022, Snow filed for divorce in January 2023, and the divorce was finalized in August 2023. Snow later spoke about the split on Call Her Daddy in March 2024, while Stanaland said he would not publicly discuss the “complexities” of the marriage. In that light, the oval ring reads as more than a proposal detail. It marks a conspicuous new chapter, one built on speed, visibility and a carefully chosen shoreline backdrop.
