Gorjana’s arrival is the clearest signal yet of a curated turn toward daily-wear jewelry at Westfield Montgomery Mall: "Gorjana, a California-based jewelry brand founded in 2004 that specializes in minimalist gold and silver pieces designed for everyday wear and layering, is coming to Montgomery Mall this summer." The brand’s necklaces, bracelets, rings, earrings and fine jewelry collections with diamonds and other gemstones will join a tenant mix that is shifting simultaneously toward apparel and expanded dining.

The spring retail slate pairs international apparel entries with new restaurants. "Mavi, an international denim and apparel brand founded in Istanbul in 1991, known for its premium fabrics and sustainable All Blue production methods focused on reducing water and energy usage, is scheduled to open in early 2026." Food concepts listed for early openings include Kami Ramen, which "will open next to Cinnabon and offers traditional Japanese ramen bowls, sides, and beverages in a casual dining environment," and Wetzel’s Pretzels, which is coming to the mall and will offer freshly baked pretzels, pretzel dogs, pizza bites, and lemonade.

Dining footprints already changing inside the mall include Maman Joon, which is now open in the former Brio’s Chicken and Tara Thai space and is serving Persian-inspired kabobs, stews, rice platters, sandwiches, soups, salads, and desserts. Collector retail has new life as well: QToys is now open on the upper level next to Läderach Chocolatier offering collectible art toys, blind box figures, and designer character figurines. Arc’teryx is also listed as now open, expanding the mall’s premium outerwear and technical apparel offering.

Several soon-to-open entries carry precise location cues and mixed timing language. Esvin’s Bagels and Cafe is described in one passage as "moving closer towards opening" and elsewhere as "expected to open in early 2026," with a lower-level spot across from Kapow Buddy near the Old Navy and Cheesecake Factory area and a menu that will include bagels and beverages "including aguas frescas and shakes." Shiki Fusion is slated to come in early 2026 to the space above Nan Xiang Soup Dumplings and across from AMC, and will "blend Japanese technique with Thai flavors and will offer seafood focused dishes, sushi, noodle entrees, and fresh herbs and spices."

Not all movement is expansion. Francesca’s is closing all stores nationwide, and its Montgomery Mall location — the company’s only remaining Montgomery County store — "will be liquidating its inventory and closing within the next two months," while holding a "last chance warehouse sale" online with "all clearance items priced at $15 and under." The entertainment loss is stark: Lucky Strike "is permanently closing its location at Westfield Montgomery Mall on Sunday, January 4." The venue first opened at the mall in March 2017 and offered bowling, arcade games, food, and drinks; a representative said that "the closure is due to the lease expiring, and that it will not be renewed."

Between Gorjana’s summer 2026 opening, early-2026 apparel entries such as Mavi, and the wave of new eateries, Montgomery Mall’s tenant map is reorganizing around everyday jewelry, denim, and a broader dining roster even as legacy concepts make way for new formats this year.
