NYC Jewelry, Antique & Object Show Expands to Four-Day Spring, 160+ Dealers
Metropolitan Pavilion will host more than 160 dealers April 23–26, 2026, with a new Thursday VIP and trade preview from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

The NYC Jewelry, Antique & Object Show (NYCJAOS) is expanding to a four-day spring edition at the Metropolitan Pavilion, 125 West 18th Street, New York, April 23–26, 2026, and will bring more than 160 antique galleries, jewellery designers, and luxury object makers under one roof. Organizers from KIL Promotions position the added Thursday as a dedicated VIP and trade shopping day, a structural change intended to give collectors and dealers earlier access to inventory.
Konstantinos I. Leoussis, founder of KIL Promotions, framed the expansion in promotional materials carried by Instoremag and Businessofjewellery: “The throngs of vintage connoisseurs in the New York City metro area that have made NYCJAOS such a thriving success have proven this type of relaxed and comfortable shopping experience is very necessary. We have expanded for year four to a four-day show, adding Thursday by popular request for VIP and dealer trade shopping,” says Konstantinos I. Leoussis, founder of KIL Promotions. “With celebrities like Ariana Grande, Cynthia Erivo, Cate Blanchette, and more showing up on red carpets in vintage Couture ensembles, the demand for distinctive vintage/antique jewelry continues to rise. Today’s consumer wants more access to the world’s leading dealers, and our show gives them that, making it easy, affordable, and comfortable for them to shop.”
Operational details diverge across public and vendor-facing sources. Jewellery Business reports the added Thursday preview will be open exclusively to VIP guests and trade members from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and requires a separate ticket, and it lists VIP/trade tickets at US$75 and general admission at US$20 with tickets available through EventBrite. The NYCJAOS dealer portal adds that Thursday also functions as a second set-up day, with set up from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., and that dealers may enter free of charge.
Public hours for Friday and Saturday begin at 11:00 a.m. across sources, but closing times differ: the dealer portal lists show hours of 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Friday, April 24 and Saturday, April 25, while the press-release copy carried by Instoremag and Businessofjewellery lists 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on those days. Sunday hours likewise vary; Instoremag and Jewellery Business reference a 10:00 a.m. opening with a 4:00 p.m. close, whereas the dealer portal gives Sunday hours as 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., noting pack up begins at 4:05 p.m. and that all dealers must be out of the building by 12:00 a.m.

Past editions underscore the fair’s scale: Diamondsinthelibrary, in a sponsored post for KIL Promotions, described Spring 2025 as “the show’s biggest event ever” and recalled “well over 100 dealers,” while trade copy for the 2026 spring show cites more than 160 exhibitors and characterizes the four-day edition as almost sold out. Vendor logistics on the dealer portal also list a Wednesday, April 22 set-up window (start setting up around 3–4 p.m., entry about 4:00 p.m.) and reference other KIL Promotions events such as a January 23–25, 2026 edition at The New York Hilton Midtown.
With celebrity attention, an expanded dealer roster, and a new VIP day, the April Metropolitan Pavilion edition promises concentrated buying for collectors and trade professionals; the show runs April 23–26, 2026, at 125 West 18th Street, New York.
