Manchester Elementary honors students on fourth nine weeks honor roll

Manchester Elementary closed out the fourth nine weeks with a schoolwide honor roll that recognized students from first through sixth grade for strong classroom work across Adams County.

The June 6 list split recognition into two categories, All A’s and All A’s and B’s, giving families an easy snapshot of top academic performance and steady grade-point averages throughout the building. In the first grade, the All A’s group included Jack Blevins, Paityn Blythe, Reese Caldwell, Zenlei Croghan, Harper Free, Benjamin Kegley, Vada Mattes, Teagyn Newland, Cassia Parks, Tenley Raines, Dawson Saunders, Emarion Wagner, Kaydence Walker and Kobe Wells. The broader honor roll also included additional first-grade students in the All A’s and B’s category, along with recognized students from second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth grade.

For Manchester Elementary, the honor roll does more than list names. It puts student effort in front of the community, marking year-end consistency, classroom habits and the kind of daily work that carries students through the final grading period. The repeated recognition across grades shows that academic success was not limited to one classroom or one age group, but spread through the school.
