Night to Shine prom returns to Seaman as Church 180 hosts celebration
Church 180 in Seaman hosted Night to Shine on Feb. 13, giving people with special needs ages 14 and up a red carpet, limousines, a catered dinner and a crowning ceremony.

Church 180 in Seaman welcomed guests with special needs to the Night to Shine 2026 prom on Friday, Feb. 13, staging a red carpet arrival, cheering crowds and paparazzi before guests moved inside for hair and makeup, shoeshines and limousines. The event honored people ages 14 and older and included a crowning ceremony that recognized each attendee as a king or queen.
The prom-style celebration is part of a worldwide effort created by the Tim Tebow Foundation to honor individuals with special needs who are fourteen and older, and locally the event was presented as a community celebration that "illuminated Adams County with an evening filled with celebration, compassion, and community unity." Church 180 served as the host site for the Seaman gathering, which blended formal prom elements with accessibility supports.
On-site features included hair and makeup stations, shoeshine services, limousine rides, karaoke and dancing, plus gifts and a catered dinner for guests and accompanying volunteers and family members. Organizers also provided sensory and respite rooms to accommodate attendees who needed quiet space during the evening, and the schedule concluded with the formal crowning of every guest as a king or queen.
