Ramsey Park in Eagar will welcome Arizona America250's Road to 250: Arizona Traveling Museum on Wednesday, March 25, with an opening ceremony at 9:45 a.m. and public hours running from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Admission is free.

The centerpiece of the traveling exhibit is a replica Liberty Bell, which is making its way through all 15 Arizona counties as part of the state's commemoration of America's 250th anniversary. After completing the statewide tour, the replica will be permanently installed at the Arizona State Capitol. The museum's interactive displays explore American history and Arizona's place within it, spanning past, present, and future.

The Ramsey Park stop, located at 246 E. 2nd Ave. in Eagar, is fully ADA accessible, including for visitors using mobility devices. An ADA-compliant audiobook is also available for visitors who want a guided experience during their in-person tour. The exhibit is designed for visitors of all ages.

The traveling museum draws on resources from institutions including the National Constitution Center, the Library of Congress, the Arizona Historical Society, the University of Arizona Libraries, and the John S. McCain III Library, among others. Thematic collections cover Indigenous Arizona, Hispanic heritage, Arizona's military history, mining and water and agriculture, and arts and film.

Before reaching Eagar, the museum will have already visited several communities across the state. Cochise County stops include the Ethel Berger Center and Henry F. Hauser Museum parking lot in Sierra Vista on March 12, Downtown Tombstone's Historic District on both March 13 and 14, and the City of Willcox at 130 N. Railroad Avenue on March 15. In the days leading up to the Eagar stop, the exhibit visits the American Legion Clifton Post 28 on March 18, the Hoopes Activity Center in Thatcher on March 20, and the Bullion Plaza Cultural Center in Miami on March 22.

After Eagar, the tour continues northeast. The Snowflake-Taylor Public Library in Snowflake is scheduled for March 27, followed by Navajo Veterans Park in Window Rock on March 29 and Navajo Technical University's Chinle Campus on March 30.
