Police Seek Three Men Last Seen in Tinted Purple Sedan
White Mountain Apache Police issued an ATL for Chad Tessay and brothers Jarek and Joshua Cosay, last seen in a distinctively tinted purple sedan on the Fort Apache Reservation.

White Mountain Apache Police issued an Attempt to Locate on March 31 for three men sought for questioning: Chad Tessay, Jarek Cosay, and Joshua Cosay. All three were last seen traveling in an older purple four-door sedan with heavy window tint, a vehicle distinctive enough that investigators believe the public can help narrow its location quickly.
The ATL, which is a law enforcement request for information rather than an arrest warrant, means police want to speak with the three men but have not publicly identified them as suspects in a specific crime. What prompted the request for questioning, and whether this case connects to any recent incidents on the Fort Apache Reservation or elsewhere in Apache County, has not been disclosed by the department.
The White Mountain Apache Police Department, headquartered at 5 East Sycamore Street in Whiteriver, serves as the primary law enforcement agency for the 1.67-million-acre Fort Apache Indian Reservation, which spans portions of Apache, Navajo, and Gila counties. Anyone who spots the purple sedan or knows the whereabouts of Tessay or either of the Cosay brothers should call the department's 24-hour line at (928) 338-4942. Police ask that tips be called in rather than acted upon; do not approach the vehicle or attempt to stop the men.

The department has not released photographs of the three individuals or additional details about the sedan's make, model, or license plate. Tips with any of those identifying details, including a partial plate or a last known direction of travel, would be most useful to investigators.
