Atchison man, 19, arrested on obscenity charge in social media probe

Atchison police arrested Leland Cash, 19, at about 4 p.m. Sunday at a residence in the 900 block of South 4th Street after investigators tied alleged images sent through a social media platform to a 14-year-old girl. Cash, who is from Atchison, was booked into the Atchison County Jail at 5:15 p.m. the same day.
