Two Autocycle Drivers Killed in Southeast Baltimore Collision With SUV
Two autocycle drivers died Tuesday night after both vehicles struck an SUV at Pulaski Highway and Armistead Way; a nearby restaurant employee offered surveillance footage to investigators.

Two men riding separate autocycles were killed Tuesday night after both vehicles collided with an SUV at the intersection of Pulaski Highway and Armistead Way in Southeast Baltimore, leaving investigators piecing together what caused the deadly crash.
Baltimore Police officers responded around 8 p.m. to reports of a multi-vehicle wreck at that intersection. When they arrived, they found two autocycles badly damaged after striking the SUV. One of the autocycle drivers was pronounced dead at the scene. Officers performed life-saving measures on the second driver before transporting him to a local hospital, where he was later pronounced dead. The driver of the SUV was hospitalized with injuries that did not endanger their life.
Baltimore Police Crash Team investigators have assumed control of the investigation and are awaiting positive identification of the two deceased victims. No names have been released. At the scene Tuesday night, crime lab technicians assisted the Crash Team by flying a drone over the damaged vehicles to collect imagery. During the investigation, an employee from a nearby restaurant approached investigators and offered surveillance video, which could help authorities reconstruct the sequence of events.

No cause for the collision has been established, and police have not announced any arrests, charges, or citations in connection with the crash.
