Storm Lake Arrest After Alleged Strangulation, Threat in Home

Storm Lake officers responded at about 10:15 p.m. on December 15, 2025 to a residence on the 300 block of East 7th Street after witnesses reported an intoxicated man involved in a physical altercation.
