Allen Premium Outlets is adding three new names to its lineup at 820 W. Stacy Road, and the biggest draw may be the one that looks least like a typical outlet store. The center will get a Coach Coffee Shop inside the existing Coach store, along with new outlet locations for Timberland and Psycho Bunny, reinforcing the mall’s push to stay competitive along one of Collin County’s busiest retail corridors.

The Coach addition stands out because it is not a separate café. Shoppers will be able to browse bags and accessories and stop for coffee, drinks, pastries and exclusive merchandise in the same space. Coach has already rolled out the concept in Austin, Tinton Falls, New Jersey, and Woodbury Commons, New York, and the Allen location was expected to join that short list this summer. A recent report on the format said the menu has included Coach Blend coffee made with Stumptown, plus snacks and branded merchandise.

For Allen Premium Outlets, the move fits a broader retail strategy that depends on keeping the tenant mix fresh enough to pull in repeat traffic. Simon Property Group, which owns or holds interests in the Premium Outlets portfolio, said in its first-quarter 2026 filing that it had interests in 69 Premium Outlets properties as of March 31, 2026. The same filing showed Premium Outlets occupancy at 96% at quarter-end, underscoring how valuable these centers remain for brands that want steady foot traffic and a national platform.

The other two additions are more familiar but still meaningful for the local shopping mix. Timberland will open next to Bath & Body Works, while Psycho Bunny will open beside Karl Lagerfeld. Timberland’s store locator shows the brand’s broad U.S. presence, and Psycho Bunny describes itself as offering premium menswear, polos, T-shirts and accessories. Local development reporting tied the Psycho Bunny store to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, giving the expansion a firmer permitting trail.

For Allen shoppers and nearby businesses, the payoff is simple: three more reasons to visit a center that already serves as a regional stop for Collin County and North Texas. The Coach Coffee Shop adds novelty and a built-in linger factor, while Timberland and Psycho Bunny widen the fashion draw. Even without exact opening dates yet, the additions were expected to arrive this summer, and that kind of refresh can matter in a retail market where convenience, brand mix and a little surprise still drive traffic.
