Centre for Neuro Skills Opens Major Brain Injury Clinic in Plano

Centre for Neuro Skills opened a new brain injury rehabilitation clinic in Plano on December 1, 2025, establishing a roughly 20,000 square foot facility at 1640 Dallas Parkway. The location expands CNSs network with its fifth clinic in Texas and brings inpatient, outpatient, day treatment and residential programs to the North Texas region.

The clinic offers a full continuum of therapy services including physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, cognitive retraining and neurobehavioral programming. Those combined services are designed to support people with traumatic brain injury and acquired brain injury through intensive post acute rehabilitation, long term recovery planning and family centered care. CNS said the expansion responds to growing regional demand and draws on the organizations 40 year history of treating brain injuries.

For Collin County residents the new clinic reduces travel time for patients who previously needed to seek specialized care outside the immediate area. The Plano site was sited near travel hubs and hotels to make family visitation and participation in therapy more practical, a factor that can be critical to recovery and discharge planning. Local hospitals and outpatient providers now have an additional option for referrals when a higher level of specialized rehabilitation is required.

The facility adds capacity for both short term and longer term rehabilitation, which can help relieve pressure on existing providers and shorten wait times for critically timed services.
