Police seek help finding Laurel Lake man missing since June 17

Police asked for help finding Cary R. Grant, 51, of Laurel Lake, after he was last seen June 17 in the Millville area driving a white GMC Terrain with New Jersey plate J91SKH. Grant had been missing for more than a month.

Search results also identified him as Cary Reed Grant. A social-media missing-person post said he was last seen around 8 p.m. on Silver Run Road heading toward Laurel Lake, and that he was driving a white GMC vehicle with a New Jersey plate.

That puts Silver Run Road at the center of the timeline connecting Millville and Laurel Lake. Residents who drove that corridor, or who had a clear view of the road near Laurel Lake on June 17, are the most likely to have seen the Terrain or picked up a plate number, route, or direction of travel that could help investigators piece together Grant’s last known movements.

The public plea focused on a few concrete identifiers: Grant’s name, his age, the Laurel Lake address, the white GMC Terrain, and the J91SKH plate. Anyone who saw that vehicle in Millville, along Silver Run Road, or on the route toward Laurel Lake on June 17 was being asked to contact police with details that could narrow down where Grant went after he was last seen.
