Vineland Hyundai Plans New Dealership on Former Loyle Lanes Bowling Site
Vineland Hyundai wants to build a new dealership on the long-vacant Loyle Lanes site at 3565 S. Delsea Drive.

Vineland Hyundai has brought a formal proposal to local planners to construct a new dealership on the site where Loyle Lanes bowling alley once stood, reviving a development push for one of Route 47's more conspicuous vacant parcels.
The proposed dealership would rise at 3565 S. Delsea Drive, just north of the Cumberland Mall along the commercial corridor that defines much of southern Vineland's retail landscape. The Loyle Lanes property has sat unused for years, leaving a gap in a stretch of Route 47 that still draws significant traffic from shoppers heading to and from the mall.
Vineland Hyundai's return to the planning process signals renewed momentum for a project that had previously worked its way into local review before stalling. The dealership's choice of this particular site places it squarely within the Route 47 automotive and retail zone, where car dealerships and big-box retailers have long clustered near the Cumberland Mall's gravitational pull.

No timeline for construction or a final planning board decision was immediately available, but the submission of a formal proposal moves the project into the active review stage.
