Downtown Jasper Hosts Third Annual Pamper My Princess Feb. 21

Downtown Jasper will transform into a royal destination Saturday as the Greater Downtown Jasper Business Association hosts the third annual Pamper My Princess event." The association stages the event across downtown Jasper on Saturday, Feb. 21, 2026, running from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., with activities clustered around Courthouse Square and merchants throughout the downtown footprint.

Children can expect a slate of princess-themed services and attractions, including basic hair services, basic nail services, hair glitter, princess meet-and-greets, coloring and craft activities, story time readings, a Princess Tea Party, carriage rides and opportunities to dress a favorite stuffed toy. The Teddy Bear Mobile will return to join downtown merchants for the day, and organizers say there will be "so much more" beyond the published highlights.

Logistics for families are straightforward: Courthouse Square will remain open during the festivities and Courthouse restrooms will be available for public use. The City of Jasper calendar lists the event as "Pamper My Princess Party" for Feb. 21 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and Heart of Jasper also places the primary activities at Courthouse Square during the 10-2 window.

Organizers advise that "Some of these activities will be offered at no cost, while some may require a small fee and a sign-up to participate." A related same-day event begins later that evening: Dance Central Academy’s annual Daddy Daughter Dance will start at 6 p.m. at Jasper Middle School on Feb. 21. That dance is a separate program on the same date and is not listed as part of the downtown Pamper My Princess schedule.
