Noah Fuller, a 25-year-old Greensboro man, was seriously injured early March 7 when a vehicle traveling west on Interstate 40 struck him in the area of Randleman Road and the driver fled without stopping. The crash was reported at approximately 3:36 a.m., drawing responses from Greensboro Police, Greensboro Fire, and Guilford County EMS. Fuller was transported to a local hospital with serious injuries.

Investigators with the Greensboro Police Department's Crash Reconstruction Unit, which handles the most serious and complex traffic collisions in the city, are leading the investigation. Police describe the suspect vehicle as possibly a black 2014 to 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee but have released no further details about the driver, a plate number, or the direction the vehicle traveled after the crash.

The stretch of I-40 near the Randleman Road corridor is one of the busier segments of the interstate running through Greensboro, connecting the city's southwest side toward High Point and beyond. A collision at 3:36 a.m. in that area would have placed Fuller on a roadway with limited lighting and reduced traffic, conditions that complicate both the crash itself and the effort to locate witnesses.

Police have not announced any arrests or pending charges in connection with the incident. As of this writing, no suspect has been identified publicly.

Anyone with information about the crash or the vehicle involved is asked to contact Greensboro/Guilford Crime Stoppers at (336) 373-1000. Tips can also be submitted through the P3tips mobile app, available for both Apple and Android devices, or online at P3tips.com. All tips to Crime Stoppers are completely anonymous.
