2026 Hernando Parade of Homes Runs February 13 Through March 1
Record 29 model homes open Feb. 13 through March 1, with Monday–Saturday tours 10 a.m.–5 p.m. and Sunday hours 12 noon–5 p.m., including M/I Homes in Anderson Snow Estates and Avalon West.

A record 29 model homes are on the 2026 Hernando Parade of Homes roster, open to self-guided tours Feb. 13 through March 1 with Monday–Saturday hours 10:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. and Sunday hours 12:00 noon–5:00 p.m. The Hernando Builders Association presents the event, which Sunrise Propane co-presents as a major sponsor.
Parade of Homes Chair Halie Eaton, who serves as vice president of Probuilt US, presided over the expansion to 29 entries this year, up from 28 last year. The increase sets a new high-water mark during Eaton’s tenure and concentrates model choices across Spring Hill and nearby Hernando County neighborhoods.
Major sponsors supporting the exhibition include Builders FirstSource, CEMEX LUMBER CO. LLC, Tibbetts Lumber Co. LLC, Rinnai Tankless Water Heaters, West Bay, 84 Lumber and The Hernando Sun. Hernando Sun coverage notes Sunrise Propane’s long-term backing and its focus on making homes more energy efficient through propane, a theme reflected in several participating builders’ energy and appliance displays.
M/I Homes is exhibiting models in two Spring Hill communities, Anderson Snow Estates and Avalon West. M/I’s sales team asks visitors to RSVP or call (813) 331-5888 to schedule walkthroughs. M/I is promoting Quick Move-In homes with below-market rates through M/I Financial that can close by March 31, 2026; examples listed for the parade period include the Picasso Bonus at 652 Hillshire Place, Spring Hill, priced at $521,070, and the Corina III at 2113 Clary Sage Drive, Spring Hill, priced at $561,850.
Several builders and their Parade entries provide on-site viewing this season. Artistic Homes by Probuilt U.S. will show the Grand Cayman II, a 3-bed/2-bath plan with 2,076 living square feet at 13250 Enchantment Drive, Spring Hill 34609; contact 352-666-1865 for details. Southern Charm Building & Construction is on the route with the Serenity, a 4-bed/2-bath plan at 484 Lincoln Ave., Masaryktown 34604; contact 352-397-8839.
Not all Parade entries are physical walk-ins; Dream Custom Homes has two Virtual Entry models listed, Don Valencia (4/3, 3,505 sq. ft.) and Don Crystal (3/3, 3,425 sq. ft.), with contact 352-686-1959. Legendary Construction & Remodeling shows a virtual custom home (3/3, 3,906 sq. ft.; phone 352-398-7199) and Palmwood Construction lists the St. Kitts 4 as a virtual entry (4/3, 2,723 sq. ft.; phone 352-597-2100). Printed Parade materials flag which entries are virtual and which are on-site.
For addresses, directions and the full model list with builder contacts, the Parade of Homes website is the official hub for visitor logistics and virtual-tour links. Note that while the official Parade site and local coverage list Feb. 13 as the start date, at least one report and social postings cited Feb. 14 as an opening; callers and visitors should confirm appointment times with builders or the M/I sales line at (813) 331-5888.
