A 64 year old man from Inverness was seriously injured on Thursday December 18 when his Harley Davidson motorcycle collided with an Infiniti Q50 at the intersection of State Road 50, known locally as Cortez Boulevard, and Mobley Road in Brooksville. The collision occurred around noon when a 20 year old Brooksville driver attempting a left turn from Mobley Road onto State Road 50 entered the motorcyclist's path, according to officials. The motorcyclist was transported to an area hospital, while the Infiniti driver was uninjured. The crash remains under investigation.
