Dennis P. Kaser, 69, of Millersburg died at home after a short illness; Alexander Funeral Home says a celebration of life will be scheduled.

Dennis P. Kaser, 69, of Millersburg passed away at his home on February 1, 2026, following a short illness. His death was announced by Alexander Funeral Home, which said a celebration-of-life service will be held at a later date.
Born June 27, 1956, Kaser was the son of Donald E. Kaser and Dorothy (Bryan) Kaser. He married Cathy Bretz on September 24, 1977; Mrs. Bretz survives. He was predeceased by a son, Brad Kaser, and is survived by his son Derrick Kaser, his siblings Raymond Peters (Rosemary) and Carol Klingerman, several nieces and nephews, and his dog Kierra.
Kaser’s interests reflected the outdoor and sports culture familiar to many in Holmes County. Notices list him as an avid Cleveland Guardians and Pittsburgh Steelers fan who enjoyed fishing and hunting.
