Rep. De La Cruz Brings Federal Constituent Services to Alice City Hall

U.S. Rep. Monica De La Cruz's staff will be at Alice City Hall on Monday, March 17, from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. to help constituents navigate federal agencies, bringing congressional casework services directly to the heart of Alice.

The mobile office hours are part of a broader schedule of constituent outreach De La Cruz's office has organized across the 15th Congressional District. "If you need help with a federal agency, please visit my team at this event or call us at (956) 800-6069 in McAllen or (830) 463-0800 in Seguin," De La Cruz said in a statement from her office. "You can also visit us at delacruz.house.gov/casework."

For those who cannot make it to Alice City Hall, the district's permanent offices remain available for assistance. The McAllen office, located at 1400 N McColl Rd, Suite 103, handles the bulk of district casework and can be reached at (956) 800-6069. The Seguin office at 112 N Travis St serves constituents in the district's eastern reaches and can be reached at (830) 463-0800.

The Alice stop is the first in a series of county-by-county visits planned for the coming months. De La Cruz's office has also announced mobile office hours in Wilson County on June 23, when staff will be at the Sam Fore Jr. Wilson County Public Library at 1103 4th Street in Floresville from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Jim Wells County will get another opportunity that same day, with staff at Alice City Hall, 500 East Main Street, from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Live Oak County residents will have two stops available on June 30: George West Library at 402 Houston St from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m., and Three Rivers Library at 102 Leroy St from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.

Constituents who cannot reach the mobile office hours can submit casework requests through delacruz.house.gov/casework or reach the Washington, D.C. office directly at (202) 225-9901.
