Hagadone Marine Center Taps Golf Pro Taylor Fore as General Manager

Taylor Fore spent nine years building his reputation inside Hagadone Corporation from the fairways of The Coeur d'Alene Resort Golf Course. Now he's trading tee times for boat slips.

Hagadone Marine Group named Fore general manager of Hagadone Marine Center, putting him in charge of sales, service, storage and marina operations at one of the largest marine facilities on Lake Coeur d'Alene.

Fore came to the marine division directly from the Resort's golf course, where he served as head golf professional and oversaw a staff of more than 150 employees across five departments. His responsibilities there included day-to-day operations, staff development and financial performance, a scope that Hagadone Marine Group president Craig Brosenne cited as evidence Fore was the right fit.

"Taylor is a proven leader who understands the importance of building strong teams and delivering exceptional experiences," Brosenne said in a statement. "His leadership approach and operational mindset align perfectly with our vision for Hagadone Marine Center, and we are confident his leadership will help position our marine operations for continued growth and success."

In the general manager role, Fore's stated priorities include improving coordination across departments, strengthening operational performance and maintaining the customer experience Hagadone Marine Center has built over the decades. The company has operated on Lake Coeur d'Alene for more than 80 years.

Fore and his wife Jenna, married 11 years, live in North Idaho with their three children, Harper, Jameson and Makena. The family is known around the community for staying active outdoors.

His appointment positions a long-tenured company insider at the helm of an operation that, under Brosenne's leadership structure, now lists more than two dozen named staff across sales, service, marina, logistics and cruise operations.
