Northeastern Junior College to Host 8th Annual Food and Culture Fair in Sterling

The Bank of Colorado Event Center's Auxiliary Gym on the Northeastern Junior College campus in Sterling is the place to be this evening, as NJC's International Club opens the doors to its 8th Annual Food and Culture Fair from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

The fair, now in its eighth consecutive year, is organized entirely by NJC's International Club and takes place during the college's Spring Full Term, which runs January 20 through May 15, 2026. The timing puts the event in a busy stretch of the academic calendar: today is also an Advising Day with no regular classes, with morning sessions for continuing students and afternoon sessions for new students, meaning foot traffic across campus may be higher than a typical Wednesday.

Spring Break follows the week of March 16 through 20, making tonight's fair one of the last major campus gatherings before students disperse for the holiday.
