Three Arrested, Booked After Underwear Incident, Trespass at Key Largo Reefhouse
A Key Largo resident removed her underwear on Reefhouse Resort property March 7; Alicia Moore, 35, and two others were trespassed and booked at the Monroe County Jail after deputies responded at 7:25 a.m.

A Key Largo woman removed her underwear on the grounds of Reefhouse Resort & Marina, triggering a trespass complaint that led to three arrests and bookings at the Monroe County Jail, deputies were called at about 7:25 a.m. on March 7 to the Key Largo property after security footage captured the group on site. The resort staff confronted the trio, who were not registered guests, and the encounter quickly escalated.
The three arrested were identified as Alicia Moore, 35, a Key Largo local; Jeremy Michael Vallies, 41, also of Key Largo; and James Crocco, 32, of Olive Hill, Kentucky. Security video reportedly shows the trio entering the Reefhouse property and, according to initial accounts, Moore “decided to remove her underwear” while on the premises. Resort employees approached the group, and deputies were dispatched to handle the trespass complaint.
Resort staff reported that the men became belligerent and began shouting at employees, and deputies say the confrontation grew physical as they arrived. Authorities described the incident as shifting from shouting to scuffling as deputies attempted to secure the three; all three reportedly resisted being handcuffed during the arrests, leading to charges that include resisting arrest for each individual.
After the trio was secured, deputies searched Vallies’ wallet, and that search allegedly produced a bag of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. Tampa Free Press reporting identified a felony drug possession count for Vallies in addition to disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Crocco faces disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and an open-container charge after being seen drinking from an open can while on the property. Moore faces disorderly conduct and resisting arrest charges; no indecent-exposure charge was reported in initial filings.

All three were officially trespassed from Reefhouse Resort & Marina and transported to the Monroe County Jail. Initial reports did not include booking numbers, bail amounts, court dates or mugshots, and no statement from Reefhouse Resort management or a sheriff’s office press release was included with the early accounts.
Monroe County arrest reports, charging affidavits and Monroe County Jail booking logs for March 7 will be the records to confirm alleged drug quantities, exact charging language and any scheduled hearings. Those documents will also clarify whether additional charges, including any public-indecency counts related to the reported wardrobe removal, were considered by deputies or prosecutors.
