Garnet Health Foundation names new director, expands community philanthropy

Garnet Health Foundation announced this week that Jackie Perez will lead its philanthropy efforts, a strategic role focused on expanding donor engagement and strengthening ties with community partners. The appointment was made public on December 16, 2025, and places Perez at the center of fundraising activities that underwrite medical equipment and health programs for the region.

Pam Yosh, Garnet Health Foundation president, welcomed Perez to the team, saying, “We are so grateful to have Jackie as a member of the team.” Perez brings experience in nonprofit development and community relationship building across the Hudson Valley, and the foundation cited her background as a key asset for growing philanthropic capacity in support of patient care.

As director of philanthropy Perez will oversee strategic fundraising initiatives, donor stewardship and programs designed to channel charitable gifts to where they are most needed. “I’m honored to step into the role of director of philanthropy,” said Perez. “I’m grateful for the chance to build on the Foundation’s legacy and eager to partner with our generous donors, dedicated supporters and this amazing community to advance our mission and create lasting impact.” Those funds are used to acquire state of the art medical equipment and support a range of healthcare programs for patients and the community.
