Orange County Hosts Free Sweetheart Screening Feb. 14 in Newburgh

Orange County Executive Steve Neuhaus and the Orange County Department of Health will host Sweetheart Screening 2026 on Saturday, Feb. 14, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Newburgh Armory Unity Center, 321 South William St., Newburgh. The free event aims to bring basic preventive services directly into the community and make care more accessible on Valentine’s Day.

Attendees can receive adult health screenings including blood pressure checks, cholesterol testing and skin cancer screenings, while children will be offered vision screenings. Clinical breast exams will be available for the first 25 participants, and prostate-specific antigen (PSA) blood tests will be offered for men.
