Former Disney Actor Arrested in Rockwall, Charged with Public Intoxication

Rockwall police arrested 32 year old Mitchel Musso on December 14, 2025 after receiving a disturbance call to a hotel in the 2600 block of Lakefront Trail. Officers say the 911 caller reported Musso began eating a bag of chips and when asked to pay he became verbally abusive and left without paying.
