H-E-B sets Oct. 29 opening date for new Rockwall store

H-E-B will open its first Rockwall store at 6 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 29, 2025, at 1600 E. Interstate 30 on the southwest corner of I-30 and S. John King Blvd. The store is listed as H-E-B Rockwall, Corporate #810, and its hours will run Monday through Sunday from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m.

The opening gives Rockwall County a new full-size grocery anchor in one of the area’s busiest retail corridors. For households that have been watching the project move from dirt work to completion, the date turns a long-awaited development into a place where weekly shopping can actually begin, with early morning access and late-evening hours built into the schedule.
