Rosini Vineyards Expands Kitchen, Launches New Menu and Eatery Concept
Greg and Carol Rosini upgraded their kitchen and refreshed the menu at Rosini Vineyards, rebranding the State Highway 205 winery as Rosini's Winery & Eatery.

What began as a place to sip Texas wine and nibble light bites along State Highway 205 has grown into something considerably more ambitious. Rosini Vineyards, the family-owned boutique winery south of Rockwall, announced March 9 that it has upgraded its commercial kitchen, launched a refreshed menu of elevated entrées, and rebranded under the name Rosini's Winery & Eatery, complete with a new logo and signage to match.
Owners Greg and Carol Rosini opened the winery at 411 State Highway 205 in July 2021, and the operation has expanded steadily in the nearly five years since. The kitchen upgrade and menu overhaul represent the most visible step yet in that progression, positioning the destination as a place where guests can build a full evening around food and wine rather than treating the two as separate draws.
"We're growing and evolving," Carol Rosini said. "And we can't wait for people to come try the new dishes."

The new branding is designed to signal that shift explicitly. By adopting the Rosini's Winery & Eatery name on signage and logo, the Rosinis are making the culinary side of the operation as prominent as the wine program that originally defined it. The venue offers both indoor and outdoor seating and positions itself as a fit for date nights, friend gatherings, or an unhurried afternoon with a glass of Texas wine.
No specific menu items or pricing were announced alongside the March 9 debut. Updated food and wine menus, along with reservations, are available at RosiniVineyards.com.
