Toll Brothers announced Thursday that its new Heath community, Bristol Valley, will offer homes starting near $1 million on lots reaching a full acre, bringing a scale of luxury residential development to Rockwall County that is more commonly found in closer-in Dallas suburbs.

Toll Brothers at Bristol Valley will feature two collections of single-family homes on half-acre and one-acre home sites. Floor plans range from 3,782 to more than 6,000 square feet with up to five bedrooms. Six architectural styles are available: Modern Farmhouse, Farmhouse, Traditional, Transitional, Hill Country, and Classic. Buyers can personalize finishes and selections through the Toll Brothers Design Studio, the company's in-house customization service.

Site work is underway, and sales are expected to open in summer 2026.

Jay Saunders, Division President of Toll Brothers in Dallas, described the community as offering an "unparalleled lifestyle," citing its scenic setting and proximity to commuter routes. Bristol Valley sits near Interstate 30 and Highway 80, positioning Heath within commuting distance of Dallas for buyers seeking large lots without sacrificing metropolitan access.

Students zoned to the community will attend Amy Parks-Heath Elementary, Maurine Cain Middle School, and Rockwall-Heath High School, all within Rockwall ISD.

Toll Brothers is a Fortune 500 company with a national footprint built around higher-end product, and Bristol Valley fits squarely in that profile. Homes on lots as large as a full acre at prices starting near seven figures occupy a distinct tier above most of Rockwall County's current inventory. The company's entry into Heath in 2026 reflects a calculation that the premium end of the Dallas exurban market has matured enough to support it.
