Augustana, Jamestown Baseball Series Rescheduled to March 2026 Due to Weather

Weather forced Augustana University's baseball program to push back its scheduled series against the University of Jamestown, with the rescheduled matchup landing on March 12–13, 2026.

The Vikings and Jimmies were originally slated to meet before the series was moved due to weather concerns. The rescheduled contest was set as a doubleheader with a 1:30 p.m. start time on March 12.

The series pairs two programs with geographic and competitive familiarity. Augustana, based in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, and the University of Jamestown, the home program for much of Stutsman County's college sports following, are both members of the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference, giving the series added conference weight beyond its regional rivalry dimensions.
