"The Jamestown Fire Department responded to a house fire at 12:47 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 15, according to Capt. Sheldon Mohr." Firefighters made an initial attack on the basement origin and worked through the afternoon to control fire and smoke conditions at the scene.

"Firefighters extinguished a fire in the basement of the one-story residence and ventilated smoke from the home."
