Depot Ramen Opens Inside Jamestown Business Center, Sharing Space With Depot Cafe
Jamestown's Depot Cafe now doubles as a ramen restaurant each afternoon, with Depot Ramen opening at 300 2nd Ave. NE after a Chamber ribbon-cutting last Wednesday.

Scratch-made ramen bowls arrived in downtown Jamestown last Wednesday when Depot Ramen held its grand opening ribbon-cutting at 300 2nd Ave. NE #114 inside the Jamestown Business Center, with Jamestown Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors and community members on hand to mark the occasion.
The new restaurant does not replace the Depot Cafe, a longtime breakfast-and-lunch fixture at the address. Instead, the owners designed the space as a dual-venture operation: the Depot Cafe continues its morning and midday service, and Depot Ramen takes over the same room each afternoon and evening. The Chamber described the arrangement as the owners having "continued the longstanding tradition of serving breakfast and lunch favorites while introducing authentic ramen and Asian-inspired dishes later in the day."
Depot Ramen's menu features bowls made from scratch using traditional techniques and carefully sourced ingredients, alongside Asian-inspired dishes. The Chamber noted the concept introduces scratch-made ramen to the Jamestown food scene, a cuisine largely absent from the city's restaurant offerings.

Depot Ramen is open Monday through Saturday from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Sunday from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. The Jamestown Area Chamber of Commerce commended the owners for their continued investment in the local economy and for bringing a new cultural dining experience to the region.
The restaurant can be reached at 701-252-1003. Questions about Chamber ribbon cuttings or groundbreakings can be directed to Executive Director Emily Bivens at (701) 252-4830 or director@jamestownchamber.com.
