Montana Man Dies in Fatal Central North Dakota Highway Crash
A 73-year-old Baker, Montana man died on I-94 near Hebron after his Trailblazer rolled Friday morning. He was not wearing a seat belt.

A 73-year-old man from Baker, Montana, was killed Friday morning, March 20, when his 2004 Chevrolet Trailblazer rolled on Interstate 94 near the Hebron exit in central North Dakota, according to a North Dakota State Patrol release.
The driver lost control heading eastbound, and the Trailblazer entered the south ditch. The vehicle overcorrected and rolled, coming to rest in the eastbound lanes. The man, who was not wearing a seat belt, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Traffic was temporarily rerouted onto the Hebron exit while investigators worked the crash scene. The Morton County Sheriff's Office, Mandan Rural Fire Department, Hebron Ambulance, and Richardton Taylor Rural Ambulance all responded.

Baker sits on the far eastern edge of Montana, just across the state line from North Dakota. Hebron, where the crash occurred, is roughly 60 miles west of Bismarck.
No victim name has been released. The State Patrol has not identified contributing factors such as weather, road conditions, or impairment in the information made public so far.
