Stutsman County Park Portfolio Meeting Set for March 25 in Jamestown
Stutsman County's park board will gather March 25 to review an operations and management assessment for the county parks plan, with a phone-in option for the public.

The Stutsman County Park Portfolio will convene at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, March 25, in the Whitney Room on the lower level of the Stutsman County Courthouse at 511 2nd Ave. SE in Jamestown, with the single stated agenda item being an operations and management assessment for the Stutsman County parks plan.
The meeting notice specifies that a quorum of Stutsman County Park Board members may be present for the discussion. That board comprises all five Stutsman County Commissioners alongside two appointed members, Henry Steinberger and Merri Mooridian. The remaining five board members are Amanda Hastings, Ben Tompkins, Chad Wolsky, Levi Taylor, and Mike Hansen.
Those unable to attend in person can participate by phone at 605-305-4276 using conference ID 304 015 12#.
The March 25 session falls outside the Park Board's regular meeting schedule. Under normal circumstances, the board meets at 8:30 a.m. on the first and third Tuesday of each month at the same courthouse address, with off-season meetings sometimes limited to the first Tuesday only. The public notice offers no explanation for the Wednesday timing or the later 9:30 a.m. start.
Meeting minutes from Park Board sessions are folded into the records of the regularly scheduled Board of County Commissioner meetings and are archived on the county's website. The county courthouse operates Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central time. Board members can be reached directly through the county's official contact listings prior to the meeting.
