Suffolk County Police Seek Man Who Stole Kratom From East Northport Smoke Shop
A man stole four kratom tablets from Evolve 2 Smoke Shop on Larkfield Road at midday March 18; police and Crime Stoppers are offering a cash reward for tips.
Suffolk County police are searching for a man who walked into Evolve 2 Smoke Shop at 290 Larkfield Road in East Northport just after noon on March 18 and stole four kratom tablets before leaving the store.
The theft occurred at approximately 12:03 p.m., according to police. The suspect has not been identified, and no arrest has been made.
Second Precinct Crime Section officers are leading the investigation with assistance from Suffolk County Crime Stoppers, which is offering a cash reward for any tip that results in an arrest. The reward amount has not been disclosed.
Anyone with information can submit an anonymous tip by calling 1-800-220-TIPS, downloading the P3 Tips mobile app through the App Store or Google Play, or submitting a tip online at P3Tips.com. All calls, text messages, and emails will be kept confidential, according to authorities.
