Kemuel St. Juste, 26, of Wheatley Heights was indicted and arraigned Feb. 13, 2026 on charges that he used the Snapchat handle "k3mnyy" to communicate with and sexually assault two 14-year-old girls between December 2024 and June 2025, Suffolk County prosecutors said. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office at (631) 852-3185.
Prosecutors charged St. Juste with three counts of Rape in the Second Degree, one count of Attempted Rape in the Second Degree, and two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, with the rape charges classified as Class D violent felonies, the attempted rape as a Class E felony, and the endangering counts as Class A misdemeanors. He was arraigned before Acting Supreme Court Justice Karen M. Wilutis on Feb. 13, 2026.
Suffolk County prosecutors allege the first victim was contacted on Snapchat after a so-called quick add and met St. Juste in December 2024 at the TJ Maxx in South Setauket, where they allegedly had sexual intercourse in a store bathroom. Prosecutors further allege that in early January 2025 St. Juste picked the same 14-year-old up from her middle school and engaged in sexual intercourse with her in the backseat of his car.
Prosecutors say the first victim later asked St. Juste to obtain a pregnancy test in January 2025, and that when she made the request he allegedly attempted to force her to perform oral sex. The girl subsequently told her mother she believed she was pregnant. A complaint by the first victim was filed in February 2025, prosecutors noted when the later investigation unfolded.
The indictment alleges St. Juste used the same Snapchat handle to approach a second 14-year-old in June 2025 at the Smith Point beach and park area; after adding him on Snapchat the girl met St. Juste in Port Jefferson, where prosecutors allege he had sex with her in a parking lot. Prosecutors identify the Port Jefferson meeting date as June 28, 2025 and say the second victim was a sophomore in high school at the time.
Detectives linked the two complaints after the second victim reported the June 2025 incident to police in January 2026, investigators say, tracing both sets of communications to the Snapchat username "k3mnyy" and identifying St. Juste as the person behind the account. He was arrested following the linkage and is being held on bail set at $750,000 cash or $3 million bond, with a return court date scheduled for March 25, 2026.
District Attorney Raymond A. Tierney said, "The charges detail a disturbing pattern of grooming and sexual assault against vulnerable minors, whom he is alleged to have manipulated. Our office is committed to ensuring that he is held fully accountable and that these young victims receive the justice they deserve." The Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office press release adds: "Criminal complaints and indictments are merely accusatory instruments. Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. No one is above the law."
