Claremont Resident Skyanna Clow Arrested in Vermont on Multiple Domestic Assault Charges
Skyanna Clow, 30, of Claremont was arrested after a 6:35 p.m. Feb. 20 domestic call to a Lafoe Road home in Holland and was lodged at Northern State Correctional Facility on $25,000 bail.

Skyanna Clow, 30, a resident of Claremont, New Hampshire, was arrested without incident after Vermont State Police from the Derby barracks responded to a 6:35 p.m. Feb. 20 report of a domestic dispute at a Lafoe Road residence in Holland, Vt. Troopers transported Clow to the Derby barracks for processing before she was lodged at the Northern State Correctional Facility.
The Vermont State Police statement says investigators found that Clow was trespassing at the Lafoe Road residence, "had attempted to cause serious bodily injury to a family member, minor injury to another family member, and had unlawfully restrained several individuals by preventing them from leaving the residence." Those findings mirror Newport Dispatch reporting on the incident.
Criminal counts filed against Clow include first-degree aggravated domestic assault, domestic assault, second-degree unlawful restraint and unlawful trespass. Newport Dispatch lists the same charges in its Feb. 21 account, and the VSP release’s booking metadata flags court action and that a mug shot is included in the police release package.
Clow was lodged after failing to post a $25,000 bail. The VSP release states, "Clow was later lodged at the Northern State Correctional Facility for lack of $25,000 bail imposed by the Honorable Court." Newport Dispatch likewise reports she was lodged at Northern State Correctional Facility on $25,000 bail.

Court records as reported list a scheduled appearance on Feb. 23, 2026 at 12:30 p.m. The VSP release and Newport Dispatch both give that date and time; the VSP metadata lists "COURT: Orleans Criminal Court" while Newport Dispatch refers to "Orleans Superior Court." The VSP release cautions, "Please note: court date and time are subject to change at the discretion of the court. Please call the criminal court clerk to confirm arraignment time."
This arrest comes amid several recent cross-jurisdiction incidents that involved Claremont and surrounding communities but are separate matters. Investigations earlier this year in the region included an alleged cross-state kidnapping that began in Claremont involving defendants Damarcus "Gifted" Bonner and Tyron "Preech" Harris and a defendant named Nicole Palardy, who faces kidnapping-related charges. A separate multi-agency pursuit ended in Claremont when investigators "pinged" a suspect’s cellphone and J’Kem Woodson surrendered and was held on an extraditable warrant after two children were recovered. In another unrelated case, Hanover police detective Tim Meenagh was arrested Jan. 17 and has been on paid leave; Hanover Police Chief James Martin said the status of Meenagh’s leave "is not fixed and will 'depend on the outcome of the judicial process.'"
Vermont State Police Derby troopers handling the Clow matter can be reached at the Derby barracks, 35 Crawford Road, Derby, VT 05829, phone 802-334-8881. The VSP headquarters main line listed in the release is 802-241-5000. Clow’s arraignment is set for Feb. 23 at 12:30 p.m. in Orleans County; the proceeding will determine whether bail is posted and whether she remains lodged pending further court action.
