OSSAA Releases 2026 Regional Basketball Pairings; Texhoma, Tyrone Among Panhandle Teams

Texhoma supporters will be able to watch their school’s regional games on YouTube via the Texhoma Booster Club, and Tyrone’s games will be available on the NFHSNetwork, according to a broadcast listing posted by OssaaIllustrated. The streaming map arrived as the Oklahoma Secondary School Activities Association released regional brackets for the 2026 basketball playoffs on Feb. 20, 2026, a statewide package that included schedule windows, host sites and bracket structure for Class 6A and 5A regions.

The Oklahoman’s Darla Smith reported the OSSAA schedule for first-round windows: girls regionals are set for Thursday, Feb. 26 with tip times at 6:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m., and winners will play Saturday, Feb. 28 at 3:30 p.m. Boys regionals will play Friday, Feb. 27 at 6:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m., with winners set to play Saturday, Feb. 28 at 7:00 p.m.

The Oklahoman’s excerpt of the Class 6A Boys bracket lists multiple West-division host sites and matchups that will occupy the Friday night windows. At Mustang the paper lists Yukon vs. Mustang at 6:00 p.m. and U.S. Grant vs. Norman North at 7:30 p.m. At Choctaw the excerpt lists Deer Creek vs. Choctaw at 6:00 p.m. At Westmoore the listings show U.S. Grant vs. Westmoore at 6:00 p.m. and Deer Creek vs. Edmond Memorial at 7:30 p.m. The excerpt also lists Southmoore vs. Mustang at 6:00 p.m., Piedmont at Lawton Eisenhower at 7:30 p.m., Putnam City vs. Edmond North at 6:00 p.m. and Norman North vs. Yukon at 7:30 p.m., and Putnam West vs. Sapulpa at 6:00 p.m. followed by Choctaw vs. Norman at 7:30 p.m.

On the Class 6A East side, the Oklahoman excerpt shows Putnam North hosting Northwest Classen vs. Putnam North at 6:00 p.m. and Enid vs. Stillwater at 7:30 p.m.; Muskogee hosting Ponca City vs. Muskogee at 6:00 p.m. and Owasso vs. Bartlesville at 7:30 p.m.; Bixby hosting Capitol Hill vs. Bixby at 6:00 p.m. and Jenks vs. Moore at 7:30 p.m.; and Tulsa Union hosting Edmond Santa Fe vs. Union at 6:00 p.m. and Broken Arrow vs. Sand Springs at 7:30 p.m.

The post lists Hartshorne’s games as all available on NFHSNetwork using Hartshorne’s Pixellot cameras, Hammon on ParagonTV, Seiling on Seiling Wildcats TV, Calumet on Calumet Chieftains TV, Pond Creek-Hunter on PCH Panthers TV, Timberlake on Timberlake Tigers TV, Canton on Canton Tigers TV, Shattuck on Shattuck TV, Drummond on Drummond Bulldogs TV, Mooreland on Mooreland Bearcat TV on YouTube, Okarche on Okarche Warriors TV and Turpin on Turpin Live. The post also includes the technical note to use Google Chrome for best results.

The ossaarankings listing the association uses also includes TEXHOMA and TYRONE in its alphabetized roster of member schools, corroborating both schools’ presence on OSSAA maps. A separate Instagram post advertised a reveal show for Classes 4A-3A-2A on Saturday, Feb. 7 at 11:00 a.m., a separate event from the Feb. 20 release that covered the Class 6A-5A pairings.
