Portland Man Arrested in Union County for Pennsylvania Road Rage Assault
A Portland man with a suspended license was caught speeding on Highway 237 and arrested on a Pennsylvania road rage warrant after allegedly injuring two victims and fleeing the scene.

A routine speeding stop on Highway 237 unraveled into a cross-country arrest when Union County Sheriff's Office deputies pulled over Yusong Zhou, 25, on the evening of March 2 and discovered he was wanted on an extensive national arrest warrant out of Adams County, Pennsylvania.
Authorities confirmed Zhou is a Portland, Oregon resident. The warrant tied him to an alleged road rage assault in Pennsylvania sometime in February, in which both victims said Zhou did not remain on scene, failed to provide his documentation, or render aid. Both victims also suffered injuries.
The traffic stop added new complications for Zhou beyond the warrant. A query of his vehicle information showed his registration is expired and his Oregon driver's license is suspended.
The Pennsylvania State Police has since issued a formal press release detailing the original charges that led to the warrant, though neither PSP nor the Union County Sheriff's Office has described how Zhou eluded authorities after the alleged Pennsylvania incident and made his way back to Oregon, or why he was in Union County specifically at the time of his arrest.
The arrest warrant was obtained in Pennsylvania, and Zhou was ultimately apprehended on that traffic stop in Union County. The case spans roughly 2,500 miles, from an alleged February assault in Adams County, Pennsylvania, to a Highway 237 speeding stop in eastern Oregon, with two open questions still unanswered by either law enforcement agency.
