Construction Underway on 2026 Triangle St. Jude Dream Home in Rolesville
Construction is underway on the 2026 Triangle St. Jude Dream Home in Rolesville’s Peak at Granite Falls, built by ICG Homes and following the company’s 2025 Triangle giveaway.

ICG Homes has begun building the Triangle’s 2026 St. Jude Dream Home in the Peak at Granite Falls neighborhood of Rolesville, the company announced as a follow-up to the Triangle’s first-ever St. Jude Dream Home built by ICG in 2025. The developer described the project as “underway” and positioned it as the next local fundraising effort benefiting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and ALSAC.
The 2025 Triangle raffle generated $926,900 in ticket sales, ICG Homes said, with all proceeds directed to St. Jude and its mission: Finding cures. Saving children®. St. Jude’s fundraising messaging emphasizes impact at the individual ticket level: “Every $100 ticket helps ensure families never receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing or food, so they can focus on helping their child live.”

ICG supplied detailed specifications for the Rolesville house: approximately 2,980 conditioned square feet, four bedrooms, three baths and a two-car garage. The first floor will feature a state-of-the-art kitchen with custom cabinets and quartz countertops that opens to family and breakfast rooms, plus a formal dining room beside the entry foyer. The first floor also will include a guest room and an adjoining full bath.
On the second floor, ICG described an expansive primary suite with a luxury bath and a “tremendous walk-in closet,” two additional bedrooms and a full bath, and secondary spaces that include a bonus room, study/nook and a laundry room. Exterior amenities listed by ICG include a covered front porch and a screened porch off the family room with an adjacent patio. ICG also published a rendering tied to a CBS 17 video and pointed readers to virtual-tour material from the 2025 build.
Ryan Perry, CEO of ICG Homes, framed the Rolesville project as a community effort and a continuation of last year’s work: “We are truly honored to be involved in this project once again. St. Jude is phenomenal regarding research and treatment as well as the financial assistance they provide to children and their families. We’re proud of how our local trade partners stepped up alongside national sponsors with generous contributions of materials and services last year, and we look forward to similar participation this year. As the St. Jude organization says, your ticket could win you a house, and it will definitely help save children’s lives.”
The Rolesville construction is one of several 2026 regional St. Jude Dream Home projects. In Grand Rivers, community members and Local 6’s Mike Mallory took part in a groundbreaking shovel ceremony on Feb. 23 for a home on Eagle Crest Drive led by James Mitchell of MC Homes, his eighth Dream Home build. In Lake Charles, LaRoque Homes broke ground Feb. 11 on a one-story brick Dream Home with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and 2,766 living square feet that includes a study, scullery and outdoor living with a summer kitchen; KPLC reports tickets there will go on sale in July. Hampton Roads has announced a 2026 build by Eastwood Homes via social media, and St. Jude’s Baton Rouge page lists Oak Colony as the location for its giveaway with Alvarez Construction donating time and materials and a volunteer line at 225-706-5300; that Baton Rouge page also lists national sponsors such as Brizo, Shaw Floors, Trane, Bosch and Kichler and records State of Louisiana Raffle License #G0004080.
ICG’s announcement did not list a ticket-on-sale date or a North Carolina raffle license for the Triangle giveaway; construction on the Rolesville home continues as the company and local partners work to convert another build into fundraising that supports St. Jude’s Finding cures. Saving children® mission.
