Keller Williams Realty Yuma’s national recognition lands in a Yuma housing market where homes are still moving, but not instantly, and price pressure remains real. RealTrends Verified ranked the brokerage among the nation’s top residential firms on the strength of 2025 production, a signal that matters in a county where inventory, affordability and buyer demand are still setting the pace.

RealTrends Verified released its 2026 brokerage rankings on April 10, and firms had to clear elite production thresholds of at least 500 transaction sides or $350 million in sales volume to make the top-brokerage list. Keller Williams Realty Yuma cleared that bar with 106 active licensed agents, 1,015 closed transaction sides and $284.87 million in total sales volume, placing it at No. 705 nationally by sides.

For Yuma County buyers and sellers, that kind of standing is more than a branding win. A brokerage posting that level of transaction volume usually reflects a steady stream of listings, relocations and closed deals, which can matter in a market where Realtor.com put May 2026 active listings at 1,524 and the median listing price at $344,222. The median sold price came in at $324,000, with homes sitting a median 57 days on market.

Zillow’s Yuma market page shows a similar picture of a market that is active but still measured, with an average home value of $297,928 and homes going pending in around 42 days. The Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis puts the Yuma, Arizona metro house price index at 346.24 in the first quarter of 2026, underscoring how far local home values have traveled over time even as buyers keep a close eye on monthly affordability.

Keller Williams Realty Yuma also leans on a local identity that fits Yuma’s military presence. The company describes itself as a veteran- and women-owned brokerage with more than 100 agents, and says many of its agents are active-duty military, veterans or military spouses.
